Algarve Cottages are two newly restored whitewashed quintas which nestle in the Algarve Hills close to the pretty market towns of Sao Bras and Loule in the wonderfully unspoiled Eastern Algarve in Portugal. Next door to each other (each with it's own private pool and full facilities) but divided by a large, private wall, these charming homes can be let either separately (The Farmhouse sleeps up to 6 guests and The  Cottage up to 4 guests) or together. With breathtaking views across the rural landscape towards the sea, whichever one you choose promises a relaxing holiday. Each has its own pool pretty verandas and BBQ's.

 

This is the secret heart of the Algarve with simple charms -  wild almond, fig and pomegranate trees give shelter from the sun in the sleepy villages which give the feeling of having stepped back in time.  But………..there is much  to do for the young (and young at heart) on the doorstep…….from golden sandy beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see, to daredevil water parks. Fastly becoming a food and wine haven there are restaurants to explore and world beating wines to try..and then…….back to either of our cottages to snooze with a book, have a lazy swim, enjoy yoga and revel in the tranquility that we offer. 

 

Although very secluded and private, there is a restaurant, bar and mini-market just a 5 minute walk away.  The renowned sandy beaches are only 20 minutes away.
